Calendar

The Calendar enables you to quickly review your weight change progress. You can navigate through the Calendar to get to the desired date and see the information for that day. This information includes your weight for that day, your caloric balance, My Menu and My Routine.

Calendar

To select a date on the Calendar, use the mouse or the arrow keys on the keyboard.

To go to the current day:

  • right-click the Calendar area and select Go to Today from the pop-up menu;
  • go to Calendar > Go to Today in the main menu.

To get to the previous month, you can use any of the following options:

  • press the PageUp key on the keyboard;
  • right-click the Calendar area and select Previous Month from the pop-up menu;
  • go to Calendar > Previous Month in the main menu;
  • click the arrow to the left of the month name.

To get to the next month, do one of the following:

  • press the PageDown key on the keyboard;
  • right-click the Calendar area and select Next Month from the pop-up menu;
  • go to Calendar > Next Month in the main menu;
  • click the arrow to the right of the month name.

Legend

Weight Loss Program displays your progress on the Calendar using combinations of colors and symbols. To display these symbols and their meanings, right-click the Calendar area and select Show Legend from the pop-up menu, or go to Calendar > Show Legend in the main menu. You will see this window:

This is what the colors mean:

the starting day of your new goal
the current day
a day when you have followed the recommendation given by the program
a day when you have not followed the recommendation given by the program
a day when you have not filled either My Menu, or My Routine
a day when your goal is not specified

This is what the symbols mean:

you have lost weight (shown if your goal is to lose or to maintain weight)
you have gained weight (shown if your goal is to lose or to maintain weight)
your weight has not changed
you have not entered your weight for this day
you have created a note for this day

Besides these, you can also see the following symbols on the calendar:

you have gained weight (shown if your goal is to gain or maintain weight)
you have lost weight (shown if your goal is to gain or maintain weight)
