Notes

Besides entering food, activity and measurement information, you may occasionally want to enter a few notes for the day. This could be a plan, a shopping list, a good recipe or a few of words about how you feel. With Weight Loss Program, you can easily do this using the Notes feature.

Adding a Note

To add a note for a specific day, you can use any of the following options:

  • select the desired day on the calendar and go to Journal > Notes > Add Note in the main menu;
  • right-click the desired day on the calendar and choose Add Note from the pop-up menu;
  • select the desired day on the calendar and click the Make a note link on the right.

You will now see a blank note, ready for editing and you can type your text in the usual way.

Note

To save and close the note, you can:

  • click the cross in the upper right corner of the note;
  • press Esc on the keyboard.

Editing a Note

To edit a note for a specific day, you can use any of the following options:

  • select the desired day on the calendar and go to Journal > Notes > Edit Note in the main menu;
  • right-click the desired day on the calendar and choose Edit Note from the pop-up menu;
  • select the desired day on the calendar and click the Read the note for this day link on the right.

Deleting a Note

To delete a note for a specific day, you can use any of the following options:

  • select the desired day on the calendar and go to Journal > Notes > Delete Note in the main menu;
  • right-click the desired day on the calendar and choose Delete Note;
  • select the desired day on the calendar, click Read the note for this day link on the right, delete the text and close the note. The note will be deleted.
